MENUI’m so sorry this has taken us so long to write, we just wanted to say thank you to you for doing the catering for our wedding reception, it was delicious, just what we wanted. The salmon was amazing – it was the perfect menu for a summer’s day. And not only that, but thank you for your advice beforehand about etiquette and speeches. It was great to have someone to rely on with a wealth of previous experience.
Finally, we want to thank you for dealing with some unexpected surprises. Barry remembers you using the back of paintballing cards as place names for our unexpected guests!
